Jr. Lions Girls Teams (Multiple teams 3^rd-8^th Grade)

The girl's teams are instructed by experienced and qualified coaches, having varying resumes. The girls program has coaches that have played lacrosse at different levels High school, College, Elite Programs  and Beyond. As players, several of our coaches have  received awards and recognition's that include high school all state nominations, college all Americans and college/state hall of fame inductees. Most importantly, lets not forget that they volunteer to support the community and growing the  game of lacrosse.

Some of the things you can expect this season:

• Strong Partnership with North Hunterdon High school Girls Lacrosse Program
  • NHHS Player supported winter Clinics
  • NHHS Coaching clinic
  • NHHS/Jr Lions Clinic day with NHHS Players (spring 2019)
• Indoor turf Space-March and April
  • Avoid snow days
• Practice 2 days a week
• 2 to 3 Local tournaments
• Local Games-Hunterdon Warren and Somerset Counties
• Support Local Community-Charitable cause
  • Each Season the Jr Lions program selects a local charitable cause to support
• Fundamental Development based on what the players needs are
  • LADM Stage Development

Little Sticks Lacrosse

Jr. Lions Little Sticks Lacrosse Program – Boys and Girls.  The goal of Little Sticks is to provide introductory training for children ages 4-8 years old.

At this level, the focus is on fun and developing a love of the game.  Little Sticks follows the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance, teaching life lessons through lacrosse.  We invite parents to become actively involved in learning more about the game and helping their children develop into talented lacrosse players.

Little Sticks Boys & Girls practice on North Turf on Sunday Mornings for an hour for Mid April-May (weather dependent)
